A good-value waterproof over-trouser to pull on over work trousers when the rain comes in. The PU-coated fabric is rated EN 343 class 3 for water resistance. Lower-leg zips with storm flaps let it go on and off over boots.

It has the top rating for water resistance (3) and the entry rating for breathability (1). That makes it fine for short spells of rain, but it will feel warm on long, active wear.
