These terms govern your use of safeguardindustrial.com and any purchases made through it. By using our site, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability.

3. Delivery

We aim for next-working-day delivery on standard items. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Free delivery applies to orders over £150 ex. VAT within mainland UK.

4. Returns

Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days for a full refund. Contact us to arrange returns. Custom or branded items cannot be returned.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of goods purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
