Logo prices
Per logo, per garment, ex VAT. Garments are charged separately at our normal trade prices. There’s no setup or digitising fee when your artwork is good enough to use; if it needs redrawing, we’ll tell you the cost first. An extremely detailed or very large embroidered design with a high stitch count may be priced differently, and we’ll confirm that with your proof.

Example: 15 polo shirts with a left-breast embroidered logo cost the polos plus 15 × £6.00 = £90.00 for the logos. Add a large back print for another 15 × £7.00 = £105.00.
Regular account customers can have agreed logo prices that apply at any quantity, and every bundle includes one free small logo.

Embroidered workwear
Your logo stitched into the fabric. The hard-wearing, professional choice for polos, fleeces, softshells, sweatshirts and jackets, and it survives repeated industrial washing.
Printed workwear
Better for T-shirts, hi-vis, big back logos and waterproof fabrics, where stitching would pierce the membrane. Quicker to turn round, and cheaper on bigger runs.
Logos on hi-vis
A logo on hi-vis must not cover the reflective tape, and must not cut the fluorescent background below the minimum for the garment’s EN ISO 20471 class. We place logos to keep the class. If your client specifies RIS-3279-TOM orange for rail work, tell us so we can check the position is allowed.
Popular garments to personalise
Add your logo to any of our stocked ranges. Seven positions are available: left and right breast, left and right sleeve, nape of neck, large front and large back. Most companies choose a left-breast logo, with a large back print for visibility on site.

Custom workwear FAQs
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can add a logo to a single garment, but the price per logo drops at 10 garments and again at 20, so it pays to order for the whole team at once.
Is there a setup or digitising fee?
No, as long as your logo artwork is good enough to stitch or print from. If it needs redrawing first, we will tell you the cost before any work starts.
How long does it take?
From proof sign-off, typically up to 10 working days for embroidery and 5 working days for print.
What logo file do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, PDF or SVG) give the cleanest result, but PNG and JPG are fine. If you only have a small or blurry image, send it anyway and we will tell you whether it will work.
Will a logo affect hi-vis certification?
Not if it is placed correctly. A logo must not cover the reflective tape or reduce the fluorescent background below the minimum for the garment’s EN ISO 20471 class, and we position it to keep the class.
Can I reorder for new starters?
Yes. We keep your logo on file, so you only need to tell us the garment, size and quantity.
Do bundles include a logo?
Yes. Every bundle includes one free small logo (breast, sleeve or nape of neck).
Do you offer account pricing on logos?
Yes. Regular trade customers can have an agreed price per logo position that applies at any quantity.
