9 products in stock across ppe, safety footwear and safety wellingtons.

About Bekina

Bekina was founded in 1962 by Denis Vanderbeke, a shoemaker in the Belgian village of Kluisbergen who made rubber boots for local farmers. The company's defining moment came on 24 October 1987, when fire destroyed the entire factory overnight — and it was fully operational again eight months later, at pre-fire production and sales levels. Three generations on, it is a market leader in polyurethane safety boots.

The technology is Neotane, Bekina's own polyurethane formulation: around 40% lighter than rubber or PVC and lasting up to four times longer, with the insulating properties that come with a closed-cell PU. The Steplite range covers SolidGrip and EasyGrip outsoles across S4 and S5 ratings, with steel and composite toecaps, in green, white and black for agricultural, food-processing and industrial use respectively.

If your team works a full shift in wellingtons, weight is the thing that decides whether they last the week — and that is exactly where Bekina wins against a traditional rubber boot. We supply food processing, agriculture, fisheries, dairy and industrial clients across Scotland, and can hold agreed sizes for call-off.

There are currently 9 products from Bekina in the catalogue, covering ppe, safety footwear and safety wellingtons, from £54.68 ex VAT. Everything is available on business terms, with trade pricing that improves with volume. Orders over £150 ex VAT are delivered free, and most stocked lines dispatch for next-day delivery.
