About Bolle
Bollé was founded in 1888 at Oyonnax in the French Jura by Séraphin Bollé, moved into celluloid eyewear in the 1920s, and adopted its crown logo in 1936. It has manufactured safety eyewear since the 1950s, with Bollé Safety established as a distinct business in 1994.
From Bollé we stock the Cobra with strap: an ultra-low-profile eyeshield with a soft foam seal and a wide adjustable strap, so it fits and seals like a goggle while feeling like a pair of glasses. The clear polycarbonate lens is anti-scratch and anti-fog, gives a 180° panoramic field of view, and is certified to EN 166 (1.B.3.T) and EN 170 for UV. It comes with a microfibre pouch.
It suits dusty and splash-prone work where ordinary safety glasses let debris in round the edges but a full goggle would be overkill. For other styles, see our eye protection range.
