About Tee Jays
Tee Jays was founded in 1976 by Terry Wylie and Jim Morris — the T and the J — and has been 100% Danish-owned for some years now, operating from North Jutland. The founding ambition was to produce the world's best T-shirt, and while that is the kind of claim every apparel brand makes, Tee Jays has the unusual distinction of having built a European premium printwear position on the strength of the basic tee alone.
The collection now runs from that core T-shirt through polos, shirts, sweatshirts and jackets, with the emphasis consistently on fabric weight, fit and colour consistency across a run — the three things that decide whether a branded garment looks professional or cheap. It is a printwear and embroidery brand by design, so garments are constructed with decoration in mind.
