From the manufacturer's specification. Check the garment label for the edition in use.

The Yukon is for winter nights on exposed ground: track renewals, bridge and structure inspections, marine and utilities work, anywhere the job is slow enough for the cold to become the real problem. It is a one-piece padded GORE-TEX® Coverall, so there is no gap at the waist for rain or wind to find, with a quilted polyester lining for warmth.

It is certified to EN ISO 20471 Class 3, EN 343 4:4:R (the top class for waterproofing and for breathability, tested in a rain tower) and RIS-3279-TOM Issue 2 for Network Rail work.

A two-way open-end zip with two sliders under a double storm flap makes it easier to get into over boots and work clothes, and the ankles open with zips and gussets. The back is elasticated to the waist, the cuffs are elasticated with hook and loop, and all seams are taped. It has a zipped map pocket, two lower patch pockets with flaps and an internal zipped pocket.

What it isn't: because it is padded, it is warm for summer or high-exertion work, when a jacket and over trousers let you shed a layer. It has no flame-retardant rating.
