Yes. It is certified to EN ISO 20471 Class 3.
Can I wear it on the railway?
It is not certified to RIS-3279-TOM. For rail, choose the orange Amazon, Colorado or Rhine.
Which trousers go with it?

The Congo takes the same 2-layer GORE-TEX® protection as the Amazon and puts it in a yellow-and-navy two-tone cut. The darker lower body shows less of the mud and grime that a plain yellow coat picks up in a week on site, which makes it a good choice for supervisors, engineers and crews who want a jacket that still looks presentable in front of clients.
It is certified to EN ISO 20471 Class 3 and rated EN 343 4:4:R: the top class for keeping water out, the top class for letting sweat out, and tested as a finished garment in a rain tower. The seams are fully taped and the jacket is lined.
It has a two-way zip with two sliders under a double storm flap, elasticated cuffs that close with hook and loop, a zipped map pocket, an internal zipped chest pocket, a phone pocket on the sleeve and two lower pockets with flaps.
What it isn't: the Congo is not certified for rail work, so choose the orange Amazon or Colorado for trackside. It has no flame-retardant rating and comes without a hood.
